This is wonderful, and a hophead's (that'd be me) delight. The mix of hops creates a floral and perfumy aroma, and a nicely bitter and complex flavor. The mix of 7 different hops keeps it interesting as opposed to being just plain bitter.

A nicely brewed, mellow ESB. Sweetish without cloying, and a hint of hops. Brownish red color.

Very much in the Belgian red style, with that great sweet and sour combination. Dark ruby red color, firm malty base, and moderate sourness. Fairly intense, but a nice example. If you like the style, you'll like this one.

Dark brown with very little head. Highly malty aroma - which was nice. Had an appropriate Scotch Ale flavor: candy-like maltiness, medium body, and a slighty smokiness that develops as you finish it. Very easy to drink and would pair well with nearly any food.
