Pours a brown color with some coppery undertone, topped with a huge foamy white head. Quite decent retention. Aroma is mild, slightly dusty and grassy with mild roasty notes and some chocolate right at the start. Taste is similar, lightly roasty, but with a substantial soury feel to it. Very mild bitterness.

Bottled, thanks to the Kunstelj restaurant from Radovljica. Pours a completely clear, dark golden color, topped with a medium sized white head - not really lasting. Flowery hops in the aroma is moderate, later accompanied by some bready notes. Taste is balanced towards sweet, with some bready notes easily noticeable. Slight grassy/floral finish and very soft aftertaste. Minimal bitterness. Easily drinkable summer beer.
