At the beginning of 2018 Little Monster Brewing Company was born. The name came from Brenden’s daughter who he calls affectionately, “my Little Monster”. The name came instantly to Brenden as he wanted to dedicate all that he did to his little girl and the inspiration she gave him.
The name, Little Monster Brewing is fresh, modern and fun. Exactly the approach to the beer he makes.

Draft at Steamworks, Seaford. Poured a hazy yellow golden colour with an everlasting frothy white head. The aroma is grainy malt, light yeasty. The flavour is moderate to light bitter, with a smooth, funky, earthy, light herbal, floral, light hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

440ml can from Middle Farm, Firle. Poured almost black in colour with a very short-lived, fizzy tan head. The aroma is roasted malt, light banana. The flavour is over moderate sweet, with a roasty, big banana, light coffee, light liquorice vanilla palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation after the initial fizz. Ok, but way too sweet for me. It feels like they added extra sugar and the coffee was super light. I’m not keen on fizzy stouts either.

Pine, herbal, cat piss & hopped up aroma. Orange, herbal, yeast & tangy citrus tastes with a tangy finish. Excellent Cask
