500ml @ SF shared with Brian and Phill.
Aroma: American oak, leather, some sweetness and dark chocolate.
Taste: along the same lines with fruity notes brought by red wine barrels. Finishes with toasted oak notes.
Overall: quite complex and good one.

16oz can from brewery. Clear golden pour with a high airy head, spotty lacing. I had it as a sample on my taster flight at the brewery, and it was the best of the flight, so I bought some to go home. I knew it was going to be special. Aroma is biscuity, grainy, clean. Taste is bready and smooth, minor sweetness and the smallest hint of hops. It is so smooth and so delicious. I wish I had bought more.

Taster flight at Ferment. I was so looking forward to a stock ale, that I missed the part about brett in the description. I was a little stunned at first taste to se that it was sour, not what I was expecting all. The base malty, sweet flavors were there, with the brett adding the funk of a wild ale. I got used to it, but still would ahve preferred a traditional stock ale.

Taster flight at Ferment. Hazy yellow pour, small cap of foamy white head. Aroma is citrusy, grapefruit. Taste mirrors the nose, lots of zesty citrus peel, bright, tasty. Loved it!
