On tap at Ferment. Pours clear pale gold with a white head. Loads of resinous, woody pine and dry allium on the nose. Flavour has bright, woody pine, lots of resin, grassy allium; finishes nice and bitter. Great IPA.

On tap at Ferment. Pours blonde with a white head. Dry estery yeast on the nose; cloves, bubblegum, grass. Flavour has an estery yeast expression with lots of cloves and bubblegum. Finishes more bitter and grassy. Not great, the yeast isn't very well handled.

On tap at Ferment. Pours black with a beige nitro head. Lots of dry roasted malts, like burnt toast, on the nose. Flavour has a dry toasted malts, burnt crusts. Decent malts, tempered by the nitro unfortunately. Solid dry stout.

On tap at Ferment. Pours clear golden blonde with a white head. Bubblegum Belgian yeast on the nose. Tastes like Hubba Bubba chewing gum. Not a fan of this.

On tap at Loyal Legion - Portland, pours a clear copper with a small white head. Aroma has a nice old woody mustiness that pervades: leathery, buggy, oaky, with slight mildew. Flavour is a little sweeter than expected, with some undesirable esters, a little wood, some mustiness, and sweet cereal. Ferment didn’t ferment this out enough. Good attempt for a difficult style, but it needs some work.

On tap at Loyal Legion. Pours a clear deep gold with a white head. Very light rustic yeast on the nose, some must. Flavour has caramel malts, a bit of must, and a very light yeast character. It's okay, but not that interesting.

Yellow body with white head. Grassy aroma. Malty taste with thin slices of hoppiness. Medium bodied. Crisp finish.

Clear, bright, dark golden brown color with a medium tall white head; aroma of buckwheat honey, compote; balanced flavor with a long, light bitter finish
