From tap at Villa Craft Beer & Bread, Sintra. Nicely juicy Mosaic hop with tropical fruits, zesty citrus peel, orange, some grapefruit and mango. Soft pale malt, light pine. Above medium bitter. Medium body.A classic Mosaic Pale reminding me of falling in love with this hop variety years ago.

From tap at Villa Craft Beer & Bread, Sintra. Aroma is red fruits with hoppy notes. Notes of raspberry in particular. Some strawberry. Not sweet fortunately, more bitter than I expected. Medium body. Nice.

opalescent chestnut colour, minimal beige head; aroma of vanilla, or rather creme brulée, dairy cream, toffee, dried figs and maybe some dried apricot notes; taste has the same notes with some resiny hops and spicy alcoholic aftertaste; quite good one
