Bottle from a friend, many thanks Robert. Hazy yellow color with white head. Aroma of mosaic hops, light yeast. Taste is hop centered with clear mosaic hops, light malty backbone, light yeast. Good.

Tap at Villa & Craft, Sintra. Hazy orange colour and medium-sized white head. Herbal hoppy aroma. Light-bodied. Flavour is also dry herbal hoppy with some citrus. Not the most typical Mosaic flavour.

330ml bottle @ O Cantinho Lord Byron, Sintra. Pours gold with a light mist, medium bubbly white froth atop. Moderately sweet blonde yeast on the nose. Taste is smooth and gently sweet with some unexpected banana and vanilla esters coming into play. Decent flavoursome local blonde.
