About
in 2008 we - Adam Mobsby and partner Emeline Chivers - started our business – Mobsbys Brasserie Artisanale – brewing artisanale beers. Working in the beer trade was my profession for 30 years in England. Now in Normandy we brew top fermented, non pasteurised, non filtrated real ale beers. We also embark on the cultivation of hops.
