Description

Sampled from bottle @ Eindhovens Bierfestival. Opaque black color, small a bit soapy brown head. Smell and taste malts, coffee and espresso lightly (though apparently a different version from the espresso stout they said..) dark malts, brown sugar. Decent body and carbonation.

Bottle @ home. Hazy a bit pale yellow golden color, average sized off-white head. Nice hoppy aroma. Taste lightly malts and again nicely hoppy. Easy drinkable and nicely refreshing. Ideal on a hot day, quite like it.

Sampled from Draught @ Bier & Big festival Eindhoven. Opaque black color, lightly brown colored head. Huge espresso aroma. Taste malts, again huge coffee espresso, but a bit weak bodied which somehow effects the flavor as well. Needs a fuller body but definitely has potential.

Sampled from Draught @ Bier & Big festival Eindhoven. Very hazy orange color, average sized off-white head. Smell and taste lightly malts, sweet, slightly yeast, yeast sweetness, lightly dry finish. Way too much ’sweet-belgian-yeasty-blonde’ for a pale ale. Average body and carbonation.

Sampled from bottle @ Bier & Big festival Eindhoven. Lightly hazy yellow golden color, medium sized white head. Aroma is yeasty and a weird fruityness. Taste lightly wheat, fruitpeel, brett (intended?), citrus hints, some bitter. Dry finish, a bit fizzy carbonation. Ok beer, though it doesn’t strike me as a hefeweizen. Interesting one to try though.

Sampled from Draught @ Bier & Big festival Eindhoven. Opaque murky yellow orange color, average sized beige head. Smell and taste malts, lightly hops, citrus peel, citrus fruitpeel bitter lightly. Weird amber if that’s what it is, but a drinkable beer. Not somthing I would order again though. Too uninteresting and just not good enough.
