Tight beige head stayed on a dark brown body. Smoked, nutty & coal aroma. Medium bodied, smooth & soft with sharp back. Smoked, meaty, astringent, pine & hoppy tastes. All mixed up & Im not a fan of Pig beers. 🐷🐷

Can at BrewDog Leicester. Dark brown, possibly black with a beige ring of head. Malt-heavy aroma with stone fruit and a hint of smoke. Sweet taste with hints of date and plum among the heavy malt, with a slight bitterness gaining in the finish. Medium carbonation lifts a slight body for the ABV. Very impressive

Keg at Trekkers, Chesham, Bucks. A black coloured pour with a medium beige head on top. Roasty, malty, coffee, chocolate aroma, tastes similar with a pleasing bitterness. Pleasant stout.

Can. Almost clear deep amber brown beer, small bubbly pale tan head. Palate is light, semi dry and has a good fine minerally crisp bite. Smooth malts, a mild dark malt bitterness offset my a pleasant creamy sweetness and very mellow chocolate. Modest smooth citrus. Very mild bitterness on the light and semi dry finish. Leaves a mellow dark malt bitter linger. Works well.

29th August 2021 Can. Clear gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Smooth palate turning a little dry and with emerging fine minerally carbonation on the back end. Light clean malts, a very mild creamy sweetness. Modest lager tang. Modest noble hop towards the finish. Very mild hop tingle. Clean and drinkable, it could do with just a touch more hop kick for me.3.6

This can seems brighter and a little sweeter. Touch of brighter hop fruits and decent pine. Pretty drinkable.

Can from the White Hag BoxTravaganza box sent directly from White Hag, it's Saturday 14th August 2021 we're sat outside having a Zoom chat with the wonderful person who sent us this, big, big cheers to Steve Matthews. Hazy pale gold with a white head Aromatic, big floral hit, I get the lavender sweets actually I mean Parma Violets, also showing a little coriander. A Belgian Wit is not my favourite style but I like this interpretation, this is really good.

Can thanks to allmyvinyl. Appearance - hazy yellow with thin white lacing. Nose - orange peel and light spice. Creamy wheat. Taste - coriander seed and orange peel again. Palate - light bodied with a creamy middle, then a lightly almost tart finish. Overall - decent example of the style.
