(Bottle, taster, Stockholm Beer & Whisky Festival, 4 Dec 2021) Black colour with frothy, beige head. Malty, roasted nose with chocolate, black rye bread and black coffee. Malty, roasted taste with notes of coffee, dark chocolate, black rye bread and a mild roasty bitterness. Medium body, quite dry. Drier than most schwarzbiers, but really tasty and well made. Very nice.

(Bottle, taster, Stockholm Beer & Whisky Festival, 4 Dec 2021) Reddish amber colour with foamy, beige head. Malty, fruity nose with notes of caramel, dried fruit and spicy aromas of yeast. Malty, spicy taste with dried fruit, raisins, dark bread, orange peel and a mild spicy bitterness in the finish. Full body, with a slight sweetness. Drier than the two other versions, and with a spicy and yeasty Belgian touch. Very nice.

(Bottle, taster, Stockholm Beer & Whisky Festival, 4 Dec 2021) Reddish amber colour with brief head. Malty, vinous nose with caramel, dried fruit, raisins and figs. Malty, vinous taste with notes of caramel, raisins, figs, dates, dried fruit and a mild spicy bitterness. Full body, sweet. Tasty, clean and well made, but not quite as impressive as the barley wine version. Very nice.

(Bottle, taster, Stockholm Beer & Whisky Festival, 4 Dec 2021) Reddish amber colour with brief head. Malty, vinous nose with notes of caramel, red berries, dried fruit and raisins. Malty, fruity, vinous taste with port wine, caramel, raisins, ripe cherries, blueberries and a mild spicy bitterness in a long and warming finish. Full body, sweet. Rich, warming and packed with flavour. Perfect for sipping by the fire with some good cheese. Ridiculously good.

(Bottle, taster, Stockholm Beer & Whisky Festival, 4 Dec 2021) Red colour with foamy, off-white head. Fruity, sourish nose with red berries, lingonberries and salmbär (unsure if there is an english term for these local Gotlandish berries). Fruity, tart taste with notes of salmbär, red fruit, black-currant and lingonberries. Medium body, mainly dry. Tart and fresh, with lots of wild berries. Very nice.

(Draught, taster, Stockholm Beer & Whisky Festival, 3 Dec 2021) Dark reddish brown colour with brief beige head. Malty, fruity, sourish nose with notes of caramel, balsamic vinegar, dried fruit and cherries. Fruity, malty, tart taste with dark cherries, balsamic vinegar, dried fruit, blueberries, blackberries, oak wood and a dry and tart finish with low bitterness. Medium body, dry. Complex, tart and really tasty. A bit of and acquired taste, but very nice.

(Draught, taster, Stockholm Beer & Whisky Festival, 2 Dec 2021) Black colour with frothy, beige head. Malty, roasted nose with black rye bread, coffee and dark chocolate. Malty, roasted taste with notes of black bread, coffee, dark chocolate, roasted grain and a generous coffee bitterness in the finish. Full body, with a touch of sweetness. Tasty and well balanced imperial stout. Very nice. Rerate: (Draught at Akkurat, Stockholm, 8 Apr 2023) Black colour with frothy, pale brown head. Malty, roasted nose with dark chocolate, smoke, espresso and liquorice. Malty, roasted, slightly smoky taste with notes of dark chocolate, espresso, liquorice, peat smoke and a balanced roasty bitterness. Almost full body, with a certain sweetness. Rich and tasty with a gentle smoke character. Very nice.

(Draught , taster, Stockholm Beer & Whisky Festival, 2 Dec 2021) Hazy golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, spicy nose with dried fruit, peaches, yeast and coriander. Malty, fruity taste with notes of dried fruit, pineapple, pears, coriander, yeast and a mild spicy bitterness. Almost full body, with a certain sweetness. Really tasty and well made, going in the tripel direction. Very nice.

(Draught, taster, Stockholm Beer & Whisky Festival, 2 Dec 2021) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity nose with notes of dried pineapple, candy sugar and pine needles. Fruity taste with citrus, dried fruit, candy sugar, yeast, gooseberries and a mild citric, spicy bitterness. More than medium body, with a certain sweetness. Leaning in the hoppier saison direction. Nice one.

--Keg at SBWF. -- Hazy golden, rich head. Aroma of hay, marzipan and honey. Mid sweet with medium to full body and well rounded mouthfeel. Hay, soft bread and honey. Peppery warming finish with balanced bitterness.
