Cloudy yellow small smooth white head. Mild aroma mild malty. Appears dry too. Flavor is malty faint exotic fruity spicy sweet herbal notes. Palate is very good. Very nice pilsner.

Tap@Fermentoren, Copenhagen - pours gold with a white head. Sweet fruity and bready malty aroma and taste, straw, hay, caramel, light grassy hoppy into the finish.

Draught @ Fermentoren. Pours hazy reddish brown with a small creamy reddish beige head that slowly dissipates while leaving some thick sticky lacing on the glass. Smell is malty, herbal and tiny earthy with sweet dark bread, caramel, liquorice, moist grass, moist soil and lemon zest. Taste is sweet, tiny bitter, malty and herbal. Mouthfeel is soft, round, tiny astringent and medium bodied. Finish is sweet and tiny bitter with sweet dark bread, caramel, moist grass, moist green herbs, moist soil and lemon zest. Tap at fernenroren Cloudy brown smooth light brown head. Quite nice roasted malty and herbal aroma. Faint sweet notes. Nice aroma for a brown ale. Flavor is roasted malty with notes of dark caramel and dark chocolate. This is a very good brown ale by my taste. Complex and with fine sweet notes as well as roasted notes.

Fra fad på Fermentoren, med tett skum som varer helt til siste dråbe. Dyb mahogny, let uklar. Arma af bær, toast og nødder. Smagen ligeså, dog mer pregnant. Fin balance og godt karbonered. Lang eftersmag med mørke karameller i tillegg.

Keg at Taphouse, CPK, 01/05/15. Chestnut brown topped with moderatetan spotting. Nose is biscuit, toffee, light hop notes, bitter orange. Taste comprises straw, biscuit malt, spice, toffee. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with an earthy tinge. So so - ok for style I guess.
