0,18l on tap @ Craft Beer Server Land. Pours clear pale yellow with a medium head. Aroma is malts with some chili. Flavor is sweet malts, chili, hops. Tasty.

I didn’t get to this yesterday… DD4D Brewing Wood Aged double sour ale 8% Beautiful deep orange gold with thick foam which lasted fairly long but didn’t leave a trace once it was gone. The aroma is like a cinnamon spice woodbines with banana bread notes. Medium to full bodied with very prickly carbonation. Tart figs and plums with cinnamon and banana bread in the finish plus some oak. Really interesting stuff, kind of weird and evocative of a Weizen in some ways.

As you’d expect for a west coast ipa. Hoppy and quite nice.

Cloudy red appearance with some residual yeast (?) In the glass. Very unique taste from the combination of sake yeast and hibiscus. Happy that I tried it but I prefer both nihonshu and traditional beer on their own.

American style IPA with light notes of green chilli. Not as spicy as I was afraid it would be. Hoppy, well balanced.
