Description
BRAW is a sandbox occupied by young brewer Emil Rosendahl at Nørrebro Bryghus in Ryesgade since December 2016. In this sandbox, Emil plays around with everything he can get his hands on. He strives to brew high quality and 100% organic beers that can challenge your nose and palate. Everything is done with the bare hands of Emil and his friends in the basement of Nørrebro Bryghus on Ryesgade 3!

Ølfestivalen København. Cloudy golden with a lasting white head. Strong citrus hoppy aroma with a touch of pine. Sweet fruity flavour with peach, orange and pine. Quite bitter finish.

Bottled. An unclear yellow beer with a thin white head. The aroma has notes of mango, lemons, straw, and lacto. The flavor is sour with notes of mango, peaches, lacto, and malt, leading to a tart finish.

From tap. Pours hazy yellow, small white head. Aroma is leathery and crisp herbal, citrusy. Crisp hoppy. Smooth fruity. Bitter and smooth fruity. Bitter and lingering hoppy finish.

Keg at MBCC 2018 Red (session Trois), 11/05/18. Lightly hazed golden with a decent off white cap. Nose is mellow funk, straw, grass, lemon pissoi. Taste comprises prickly pear, over ripe citric flesh, damp cloth, straw, grains, balsa wood. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a spattering of hops. Ok stuff.

Draught, small glass at Dudes. Shared with Skinnyviking. Low white head leaving crocheted lacing down the glass. Hazed grey-golden in body appearance. Inviting fruity smell of orange. Saison fruity flavours, moments of grapefruit and orange. Dry bitter ending with warmth from the alcohol. Fine depth. Pleasant stuff. (Copenhagen 09.05.2018).

Draught, small glass at Dudes. Shared with Skinnyviking. Black in the glass, upper part lacing, dissipating fawn-coloured head. Coffee grounds on the nose, mid-dry. Coffee and chocolate flavours with roasted bitterness towards the ending. Fine bodied. Likable. (Copenhagen 09.05.2018).
