Description
BRAW is a sandbox occupied by young brewer Emil Rosendahl at Nørrebro Bryghus in Ryesgade since December 2016. In this sandbox, Emil plays around with everything he can get his hands on. He strives to brew high quality and 100% organic beers that can challenge your nose and palate. Everything is done with the bare hands of Emil and his friends in the basement of Nørrebro Bryghus on Ryesgade 3!

330ml bottle. Extremely hazy, orangey golden colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Tropical and citrusy fruity, hoppy aroma, notes of grapefruit, tangerine, mango, passion fruit. Taste is moderately sweet, slightly sugary, caramel malty and tropical fruity hoppy, notes of mango, peach and tangerine; minimally medicinal finish.

Tap @ SKAAL, Copenhagen. Almost black with a lasting light brown head. Aroma is sweet, malty, roasted malt, licorice and light hoppy - citrus. Flavor is quite sweet and rather bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish. 030418

Draft. A black beer with a lazing brown head. The aroma has notes of roasted malt, coffee, citrus fruits, and chili. The flavor is sweet with notes of roasted malt, coffee, dark chocolate, and citrus fruits, leading to a bitter finish.

Draught at Vesterbro Ølhus, Copenhagen. Pitch black with a few off-white bubbles on top. Roasted aroma with liquorice, grasses, coffee, chocolate, and citrus. Taste is bitter. Medium body with a slick texture and a soft carbonation. Finishes roasted bitter with dark malts and grasses. Very nice B-IPA.

Tap@Peders, Copenhagen (24/02/2018) - black pour with a tan head. Roasted and sweet dark malty with coffee, chocolate, caramel, medium body, earthy charred malty accents, hoppy support, dark malty close.
