Description
BRAW is a sandbox occupied by young brewer Emil Rosendahl at Nørrebro Bryghus in Ryesgade since December 2016. In this sandbox, Emil plays around with everything he can get his hands on. He strives to brew high quality and 100% organic beers that can challenge your nose and palate. Everything is done with the bare hands of Emil and his friends in the basement of Nørrebro Bryghus on Ryesgade 3!

Straw yellow beer, small head. Aroma is tart, wheat. Taste is the same, sour, some salinty, not bad.

At Taphouse, Hazy white golden, small head. Aroma is malt, fruit, citrus. Taste is the same, bitter, nice one.

Taster menu på Bootleggers København jan-18: lett uklar brunsvart med fint skum som varer. Kraftig aroma og smak med mørkrøstet malt, franskbrent kaffe, citronkaramell og chokolader. Potent men allikevel behagelig bitterhet med mørke sjokolader i den tørre avslutningen. Glir foruroligende raskt ned.

Tap@The Brewpub, Copenhagen - Very dark brown to black with a beige coloured covering. Roasted malty and assertive hoppy, with notes of caramel and cocoa, slight ashy charred malty, some background fruity notes of grapefruit, roasted malty and hoppy into the close.
