BRAW is a sandbox occupied by young brewer Emil Rosendahl at Nørrebro Bryghus in Ryesgade since December 2016. In this sandbox, Emil plays around with everything he can get his hands on. He strives to brew high quality and 100% organic beers that can challenge your nose and palate. Everything is done with the bare hands of Emil and his friends in the basement of Nørrebro Bryghus on Ryesgade 3!

Tap@The Brewpub, Copenhagen - black pour with beige ringed head. Sweet and medium roasted malty with notes of chocolate, caramel, some slight charred burnt malty accents into the finish.

Tap. Tasted on the 11/05/2017 at Norrebro Brewpub (Copenhagen). Hazy brown colour with a medium white head. Aroma of roasted malts, hay and caramel. Taste is intense roasted malts with a medium sweet finish. Next one please!

Aroma is slightly dry mineraly, dark malts, minerals, sour raspberries, licorice, dark sugar, berry skin, alcohol, grass, roasted grain, hints of coffee. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish mineraly, weeds, grass, sour raspberries, dark malts, bark, minerals, berry skin, paper, licorice, burnt grain, hints of coffee. Medium bitterness, slightly dry and harsh mineraly mouthfeel. Fair enough.
