On tap and in cans at the brewery, pours a pulpy yellow, white head. Nose on the verge of stinky, onion, grass, orange, grapefruit. Not in your face, but very approachable. Flavor is a bit more bitter than I recall other batches being, orange, grist, flowers, pineapple. Full bodied with some bitterness on the finish. 8 4 8 4 15

On tap, pours a pulpy, dark orange with some lacing, clingy white head. Nose is nice, orange blossom, pineapple smoothie, there is a very clear grist character, husky. Flavor has more and I dig it, more fruit, raw melon and pineapple, orange, herbs, straw, grist and grits. Starchy finish. Cool. Felt like a British hazy IPA hybrid. 8 5 8 5 14

On tap, hazy dark orange, no head. Nose has acid and green grape off the top, then opened up with some weird barrel, butterscotch and vanilla, some white wine vinegar, a clear earthy sour fruit. Flavor rings more of green papaya or preserved lemon, green grapes, apple cider vinegar, there is definite port and/or whiskey at the back. Bright, medium-high acid finish. Unique to say the least. 7 2 7 3 13 Re:rate from a 2019 bottle, same batch, in May 2021. Pours a clear, dark orange with no head. Nose has a lot of port, that white port, persimmon, quince pase, some sour mojo orange. Flavors follow with the white port and the oranges. Sour barrel and persimmon and vinegar too. Oily and tart finish. Much better than the first rate. 8-3-8-4-14

Mango, some green onion. Pours murky golden with good head and lacing. Not a huge amount of flavour here, just like sweet sugar water. Hop tang finish.
