Tart and briny, with a bright citric acidity paired against a modestly sweet and grassy grain base and bready yeast. Slight mineral edges add depth, and the salty sourness on the finish leads to a clingy, lemon-tinged fade. Sparkly texture and a low-stakes ABV invite an additional pint. Nice beer.
