29th September 2024 Can. A pretty hazy gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Airy palate, semi dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Dry but fairly sweet pale malts, a mild chalkiness. Hops bring crisp pine into light savoury skunk. Hop spice starts to nibble. The Kiwi hop fruits play second fiddle to the green hop assault. But lime and mild mandarin - tangerine come through on the back end and hang around long enough to be appreciated. Finishes light and semi dry and leaves a hop spicy linger. Nice dipa, perhaps a little green hop forward and it could be cleaner but, it wins you over with the things it does well.
