Kernig getreidiger, deutlich hopfiger Beginn. Geringe Süße, kernig getreidig bleibend, leicht bitter. Würziger Abgang, vollmundig hopfig, grasig, langer Nachhall. Gut! 10/9/11/11/8/11

330ml bottle. Cloudy, brown colour with average, frothy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, beige head. Full-blown, earthy-leafy raspberry aroma, pulp, fruit acid, sweet-ish, chocolately, malty background. Taste is tart-ish, fruity and slightly chocolately dark malty, earthy notes of raspberry, fruit acid; lingering, tart, fruity finish. Acid thinned, slightly mushy texture, astringent palate, fine, mildly prickly carbonation. Intense notes of raspberry, matching chocolately background - very nice.

330ml bottle. Slightly cloudy, amber colour with small to average, creamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Fruity hoppy and slightly grainy, malty aroma, hints of dried fruit, raisin, sultana, fig, a touch of raspberry sirup, a touch of cereals as well; slight muesli character overall. Taste is slightly bitter hoppy, slightly alcoholic, and sweet-ish, minimally grainy, malty, hints of dried fruit, a touch of pine, papery overtones. Dissolved sugar enriched, watery texture, smooth and soft, minimally cloying palate, medium, soft to flat carbonation. Quite restricted flavours, useless alcoholic - so-so.

Der starke Alkoholgehalt ist schnell erkennbar und wirkt etwas drückend im Hintergrund. Deutlich hopfig ohne richtige Herbe, trocken werdend. Dunkel grasig, langer Nachgeschmack, nicht unbedingt harmonisch. 10/10/6/7/8/7
