We love that it challenges us artistically and intellectually. We love it because it tests our patience in a world that screams by. We love it because there is success in every failure. We love it because it brings us together in a time where divisiveness is pervasive.
Barclay Brewing is a small brewery which primarily focuses on barrel-aged beers. Although the focus is barrel-aged we do release non barrel-aged beers as well. Keep an eye out for stouts, IPAs, lagers, and other classic styles.
You can find Barclay Brewing Co. operating out of Twelve Percent Beer Project where the incredibly talented staff is helping us to articulate our vision.

Sweetish, slightly roasty and intense with barrel notes, some bourbon vanilla, chocolate sauce, cocoa and woody oaky notes. Quite complex and balanced slow sipper

On tap at 3 Sons, pours jet black wjth a small brown head. Aroma is full of deep dark sugars, cognac, and light vanilla beans — extremely rich. Flavour is silky smooth and very rich, with intense vanilla beans, big cognac barrels presence, and bourbon. Very well-blended, silky smooth palate. Fantastic stuff.

On tap at 3 Sons, pours jet black with a small tan head. Aroma has an intense spicy rye whiskey character, bourbon, and burnt dark sugars. Flavour seems very iron-y, with lots of dark sugars, blood, and lots of miscellaneous barrels that don't really impart any precise characteristic elements. The blend is good but the flavour expression is just not particular enthralling. It's decent.
