Bright white head over a glowing yellow body. Full of citrus and herbal notes. A bit of background spice along with some fruity sweetness. There is a light zip from the yeast and citrus notes. Medium bodied. A nice beer in a style I don't generally drink much of.

I've had this a few times now and I'm not really sure what to classify it as. The brewer says a German Black Ale but, what is that, exactly? It strikes me as somewhat like a schwarzbier and porter, but not either of them, really. Ah well. It's a very dark brown with a light tan head. Aroma is toasted, a bit of biscuit, some near chocolate and roasted notes, but not in a stout kind of way. Much more toned down in that regard. It had a light background sweetness along with some earthy hop notes. A supremely drinkable dark ale.

Clear gold with a white head. A bit of malt with some crispy hops. Medium bodied. Simple and easy going. Crushable.

Golden with a white head. Light citrus crispness. Flavor is simple and clean. Faint toasted malts. Maybe a bit of lemon. Medium thin body. Simple and crisp. Nice.

Deep copper with a slightly off-white head. Malty, toasted, and a bit earthy with some light sweetness. A fairly dry finish that I would not describe as crisp. I've been told that they didn't have enough time to make a proper Oktoberfest so they took a bit of an audible. While noticeably not a classic Oktoberfest brew- it's still quite solid and enjoyable.

Dark brown body with muddy highlights under a tan head. Cocoa, herbal notes, spice, some burnt malt, bittersweet dark chocolate throughout. Full body with some chalkiness on the tongue. A solid offering but maybe just missing the mark.

Black with a light tan head. Roasted malts, lightly burnt black malt, earthy, bitter dark chocolate. Medium bodied. Very dry. Finish is long on the roasted bitter malts. Tasty AF.
