Aromas are resiny hops roasted malt and a little fruit. Flavors are somewhat similar to nose dominated by dry resiny bitterness unfortunately the qualities of the roast and red malts are subdued by the bitterness. Long bitter finish.

Draught. Definitely a red ale with dark red body and off white head. Not much aroma, what there is, is sweet malt. Flavour seems to have some chocolate, sweet malt and a tiny hop. Honey finish.

Bottle from Broken Top. Nice bright, clear golden , lively carbonation. nice thick head. Deep, grainy aroma is followed immediately by a nice crisp, crackery flavor. Citra adds some extra zest, slight lemon characteristics, without distracting from the solid pils base. Well done and refreshing.

Clear golden with a white head. Citrus and very faint malt. Loads of hop bitterness. They packed quite a bit in the 4.5% abv. Very nice and would make a great session.
