Bottle sample at Mondial Des Cidres, pours a clear bright golden. Aroma brings out stone fruits (think apricots), along with toffee and brown sugar. Flavour is loaded with fresh apricots, followed by treacle toffee, and brown sugar. The fresh apricot character really makes this shine. Brilliant stuff.

Bottle sample at Mondial Des Cidres, pours a clear golden. Aroma brings out baked apple pie, bready toffee, and a touch of caramel. Flavour is along the same lines, with baked apple pie and toffee. The sweetness is only moderate (low for an ice cider), with a bready caramel finish. This is excellent.
