Bottled, from Systembolaget. Black, small head. Caramelly nose. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Treacle and milk chocolate followed by rather intense chili heat. Low bitterness. Manages to stay away from being too sharp, but the Carolina Reaper heat is far from subtle.

Bottle -label says Centennial Single Hop- on holiday. Murky peach appearance, average sized white head. Aroma and flavor are malts, hops, hop bitterness, spruce, spruce bitters. Average to decent body, medium carbonation. Okay.

Bottle shared with Laura on holiday. Opaque dark brown color with a small off-white head. Aroma and flavor are malts, a tad sweetish but also slightly tart, roast, some fruity notes. Hmm odd. Thin texture. Hmm not a fan.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours deep, orangey golden with a slight haze and a small, rough, off-white head. Odd aroma, I bet there's a strain or two of Brett in there. Medium body, super sweet, biscuity malts and again this faint background of wild yeast - but if I remember correctly this brewery often releases infected beers. Hardly any bitterness. 090725
