Description

Пивоварню Salden'S открыл Денис Сальников. В августе 2012 года, используя опыт домашних варок, он запустил цех на 300 литров.

Сегодня пивоварня производит до 170 000 литров в месяц и поставляет свои банки и кеги от Калининграда до Владивостока.

История Salden'S уже вышла за рамки пивоварни. В 2017 году открыли Salden'S Taphouse, заведение в формате fast casual, а в 2019 году открыли полноценный ресторан Salden'S Porterhouse, который быстро стал популярной гастрономической точкой города. В 2020 году открылось еще одно заведение в формате Taphouse, и в этом же году появилась возможность стать частью нашей истории и открыть собственное заведение по франшизе Salden'S.

Мы продолжаем развиваться и расширяться, но неизменно одно — высокий уровень качества.

450ml can from Beru Vykhodnoi in Moscow. Pours clear orange with a small white head. Aroma is canned strawberries, citrusy hops, caramel. Taste is light to medium sweet, medium bitter finish. Medium bodied. I don’t think strawberries go very well with IPAs, but this one is alright.

450ml can from Beru Vykhodnoi in Moscow. Pours clear gold with a medium-sized white head. Aroma is malt, spicy hop, grass. Taste is light sweet. Light to medium bitter finish. Light to medium bodied. Decent, but it's a German-style pilsner.

Bottled at PBF. Clear pale golden, minimal head. Funky tart nose with sour apricots. Tart with medium body and crisp, sounded mouthfeel. Bone dry with funk, hay and mirabelles. Mid bitter finish. 8 years in a bottle has done it well.

Vintage 2017. Golden colour, tiny white head. Vinegardish, musty aroma. Light-bodied. White grapes, tartmess, simple, light and already a bit musty. PBF XV.
