A hazed milky reddish grapefruit saison with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, loads of raspberry jam, light acidity, light mineral notes, very. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity mix of raspberry jam, light spices, light acidity, very nice. On tap at Bières et Saveurs de Chambly 2024.

Draft at Festival Bouffe, Bière & Boisson in Saint-Hyacinthe. Crystal clear deep dark amber color, white head. Wow nice aroma of baking biscuits and caramel. Taste is bready and biscuity with rich caramel malt. Delicious.
