This ale poured a deep amber colour with a creamy, tan coloured head. Nice lacing. Scents include orange peel, candy, caramel and spices. First swig was delicious and boozy. Flavours of orange peel, nutmeg and Mackintosh toffee. Finish was slightly roasty with the malty/spiced flavours lingering forever. Delicious.

This ipa poured a hazy, orange pekoe tea colour with a creamy, off white head. Almost a pinkish tone to the whole thing. Nice lacing. Scents include malt, SweetTarts and a hint of sour fruit. First swig was a punch in the palate with flavours of sour hops with a bitter finish. About my max level really. Finish is almost a rhubarb with the hoppy bitterness lingering forever.

This ale poured a deep golden colour with a off white head. Nice lacing. Scents include ripe fruit, molasses and Momma Cullen’s Pre-Baked, Molasses Cookies. First swig was sweet and smooth. Flavours of molasses, liquor and oatmeal. Finish is a light maple.

This APA poured a beautiful dark amber colour with a creamy, bright white head. Minimal lacing. Scents include tea, caramel and almost maple. First swig had low carbonation. Flavours of caramel, a little ripe fruit and hops. Finish is sweet, with a caramel flavour that lingers.

Bouteille 650ml, gracieuseté de darcyk lors du CanBIF Fall 2018, Thanks Darcy! Couleur brune sale trouble, mousse blanche. Arôme de malt grillé et caramélisé, diacétyle. Goût de malt caramélisé, houblon terreux, amertume moyenne, diacétyle. Carbonatation moyenne, corps moyen.

This APA poured a cloudy light yellow colour with a frothy, bright white head. Nice lacing. Scents include citrus, candy, a little ripe fruit and bananas? First swig was nice and smooth with a lightly creamy mouthfeel. Flavours of citrus hops, cereal and grass? Finish was quite bitter with the citrus/grassy flavours lingering.

This Pale ale poured a medium amber colour with a bright white, foamy head. Minimal lacing. Scents include cream, citrus and floral hops and cereal. First swig had low carbonation with nice malty/toasty flavours. Finish is mildly bitter with toasty malt flavours lingering.

This, that I believe is a brown ale, poured a dark amber colour with a beautiful creamy, tan coloured head. Very nice lacing. Scents include candy apple, caramel and a little metallic at the end. Nice lacing. First swig was smooth and creamy with flavours of caramel, nuts and very faint cocoa. Finish is nice and malty but not overly sweet with that delicious malty/caramel flavour lingering.
