500 ml bottle. Unclear dark orange/golden body with a thin off-white head. Mild aroma of caramel malt and some fruit. Flavor has caramel malt, pilsner malt, some fruit, fruity yeast and low bitterness. I really don’t detect much smoke here as noted by most other raters, probably just me. Fine body and decent aftertaste. Nothing really special going on here, but it has a smooth and honest flavor. Ignoring the absolutely ridiculous price I find it quite pleasant and wouldn’t mind another if I didn’t have to pay for it.

33cl bottle from Gulating ølutsalg, Strømmen. Pours hazy golden to amber with an off-white head. Mild fruity aroma with notes of ripe pears, citrus and malt with hints of yeast and butterscotch. Medium sweet with rather mild and somewhat earthy flavours and a fairly light bitterness. Medium body with carbonation on the soft side. Not very hoppy and refreshing, but still quite drinkable in a way. Feels a bit messy and not quite something to write home about. --- Beer merged from original tick of Vossabrygg Yr Vossing on 28 May 2015 at 20:52 - Score: 4

Bottle. It pours a hazy, orange-golden body under a small, white head. The aroma is sweetish, yeasty and fruity, with a soft piney touch. Rather similar flavor, too yeasty, with some tropical fruityness, pine cones and even more yeast. Medium body, very low on carbonation. Fruity, yeasty finish. Seems very unfinished this one. Might be that it’s supposed to be like this, but I doubt it. 150524
