Flaske 500ml spandert av Rune og delt med ham i WCveien 7 Sep 16. Stråfarget. Skyet. Lavt tett skum. Lett syrlig fruktaroma. Spor av krydder. Smaken svakt krydret. Sursøt. Gjennomgående smak av smørmalt. Sånn passe.

Stavanger 220716. Pale amber-orange color with a beige head. Aroma is fruit, malt, caramel. Flavor is fruit, malt, caramel., dried fruits. Boring/Ordinary beer.

Huge fizzy longlasting head. Aroma is co2 stinging in the nose, minerals, yeast, grass, mild blue cheese, weeds, light malts, shed. Taste is slightly sour-ish mineraly, weeds, sour grass, slightly smoked malts, minerals, shed, mild blue cheese, hay, yeast. Medium bitterness, slightly sour-ish mineraly mouthfeel, fizzy carbonation. Weird.

0.5l bottle from 00097. Bottle number? Not sure what that number is.. Anyhow, in the glass this is a near clear looking one, it's brownish reddish in the glass and it has a medium sized nice beige head, leaving soft dots down the sides of the glass. It has a nice minty hoppy aroma. At first it reminds a little of mild detergent blended with super grassy herbal hops and mild chocolate and coffee. It's definitely herbal and grassy this but after a while in the glass it opens more up giving sweeter and darker malty almost chocolaty tones. Doesn't smell horrible at all. It's really mineralish in the taste. Almost dry-mineralish and there's no residual sweetness left in this at all. Just above, growing in the carbonation and mild oily in the mouthfeel. Soft coffee, a ton of weeds and it's grassy in the taste also. A hint of licorice and "snus" in the back. Not a huge flavor experience but a drinkable quite dry brown ale. 15.01.2016

0.33l bottle, no batch nr. In the glass this is a near clear really deep reddish amber colored one with a tiny, filmy and quickly sidesticking beige head. It has a strong dark caramelly sweet aroma. Dark nuts, some diacetyl and dark fruits. Yeah, I did not expect that at all. It has much the same going on in the taste also. It's really dark caramel sweetish, nutty earthy almonds and a little bit of darker malts. Unfortunately there's a little bit of unwanted diacetyl in the taste also, but nothing I can't handle. Below average on the carbonation and mild oily in the mouth. Probably won't buy it again, but still not a half bad surprise this. 25.07.2015

Flaske fra HelgøMeny Hundvågkrossen, delt med Ovesen mens vørteren kjøler: rødoransje farge med ok skum. Frisk innledning, men det blr for mye aroma og smak av vørter til at jeg synes den er god. Noe citrus, karamell og urter, med jordaktige toner i tillegg. Ble ufrisk mot slutten.
