Bottle. Pours slightly hazy light golden, with a big creamy head. Aroma is tart fruity, with plums and wine grapes, wooden brett and balsamic vinegar. Full body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is salty, musty wood, umami, brett and vinegar. Sweetly finish.

Cloudy golden color with small head. Huge yuzu aroma, a bit of lemon tart, flowers, light sweat impression. Lean mouthfeel, highly carbonated, lemon and yuzu character. Dry finish. Tart. A bit salty.
The acidity is balanced, the yuzu is always welcome. Very pleasant.

750mL bottle, pours a cloudy golden orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out loads of yuzu - loads of orangey citrusy notes - intense yuzu. Flavour brings out intense sour yuzu - basically like a hugely lemony orangey citrusy notes. Finishes hugely citrusy and tart. Lovely stuff for what it is.

Bottle - Sweet citrus peel and some tartness. Clearish gold with a decent white head. Very acidic and citrus peel. Big flavours and almost a bit harsh. Sweet and tart, lots of peel.

Tap at Le Senk. Rich malty aroma, roasted, coffee, caramel, dark fruits, full. Stable brownish head, almost black colour. Taste is initially moderately sweet, with caramel, dark fruits, biscuity malts, changes through some warmth and bitterness, and finishes with roasted notes. Relatively full body considering the alcohol. Remains drinkable despite being a sipper, however paradoxical that may seem.

Orange color with small head. Smell is of yeasts and of salt, but not aggressive. Taste is citrus fruity and salty. Reminds me of a Gose (and the relationship should not be surprising). Near-flat carbonation. Very easy to drink. Nice brew!
