Everything is done in light volume here so it comes off palatable with a high drinkability factor. Some salty plum. Cloudy amber pour with ok head and lacing. Finishes salty and a little sour. Average carbonation. Bottle thanks to Ed.

Bottle, left by a number of fellow beer people headed to a beer dinner at Birch and Barley - got to drink the remainder! This one poured a hazy light orange color with a small, fizzy, off-white head. Aroma was light malt notes, I wouldn’t say sea breeze, but something very mild to it. Flavor is mild, not quite tart, but a little funky, interesting. If anything it’s quite a refreshing brew.

Sample at CBC 2014, Blue Session. Poured a hazy light amber with a frothy white head. The aroma is acid citrus. The flavour is light sour with a light watery citrus sour palate. Light bodied with average carbonation. No salt!

Sample at CBC 2014, Blue Session. Poured a hazy light amber with a big frothy white head. The aroma is citrus yeast. The flavour medium acid bitter with a frothy hop, zesty sherbet citrus palate. Light bodied with frothy carbonation.

Pours orange with a tiny white head. Aroma of sour berries, sweet juicy notes, tartness, lemon and grapefruit. Taste is sourish juicy, tart fruity, lemony and citrusy with grapefruits. Finish is sour, tartish and juicy with loads of lemon and grapefruit. Quite refreshing sour ale.
