Taste comprises mandarin, light acidity, bitter citrics, lemon dipped straw. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Super drinkable sour.

Bottle at Bruce’s pad, thanks to Kenny, Danish prime minister 27/03/14. Lightly hazed orange amber with a moderate off white swirl and edgeing Nose is yuzu, spice, mandarin, light tropicana. Taste comprises tangy citrics, mandarin, straw, pale malts, faint soap, lemon rind. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying cose. Solid work.

Bottle at Bruce’s pad, thanks to Kenny, Danish minister of beer export, 27/03/14. Black with a good sized dirty tan head. Nose is roast malt, toffee fudge, sweet notes, light cocoa powder, caramel. Taste comprises bitter chocolate, light roast, caramel flavoured popcorn, light spice, toffee fudge. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. Solid porter.

Nose is tarte fruit, peach, apricot, bitter orange, mandarin, light brett, straw. Taste comprises tangy apricot, peach, light brett again, straw, soured citric tang, light acidity, funky ring. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Solid enough offering.

Bottle shared at Bruce’s, big thanks to Kenny, 27/03/14. Hazed orange amber ith a moderate off white covering. Nose is juicy yuzu, tarte apricot, straw, peach, light funky meanderings. Taste comprises bitter orange, mandarin, straw, yuzu jus, light spice. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, tangy citric lead grassy finale. Solid stuff.

Sample from 75 cl. bottle. Clear, amber colour with a thin, off-white head. Fruity aroma with caramel malts, overripe fruits, wood - sherry barrel, an alcoholic, vinous note. Taste is sweet. Full body with an oily texture. Finishes dry with overripe fruits, rich malts and warming alcohol. Very good.

Sample from 75 cl. bottle. Clear, deeper golden colour with a thin, white head. Sweet aroma with fruits, citrus, grasses, slight caramel malts and spiced notes. Taste is light sweet. Medium body with a creamy texture. Finishes fruity and dry with a spiced note. Must be the seaweed.
