Bottle at Mikkeller Stockholm. (my first one from Mad Beer) Dark brown with a large, fluffy tan head. On the sweet side with light roasted malt, chocolate, milk, light "earth" and something that reminded of cocoa. Easy to drink with a soft mouthfeel.

Bottle shared in London - thanks to Kenney. Pours clear gold with a frothy-creamy white head. The nose holds ripening citrus fruits, hay, dry pale malts. Light sweet flavor with tangerine, faint meringue, straw, white bread. Light to medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Fairly well balanced to finish, more ripe citrus fruits, lemon, tangerine, dry pale bread. Nice enough.

Bottle thanks to ken. It pours hazy amber with a thick off white head. The nose is earthy, toast, brown bread, candied peel and orange peel. The taste is earthy, tasty, earth, brown bread, citrus peel and decent bitterness with a dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Interesting and rather tasty. Good.

Bottle shared in London - thanks to the Mad man himself, Kenny. Pours rich brown with a frothy, beige head. The aroma holds tangy dark malts, ripening dark berries, slight metal and cocoa. Medium sweet flavor with dark bread, sugary milk chocolate, a bit of earthy bitterness, subtle roast. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Fairly sweet to finish, plenty of milk chocolate, burnt wood, moderate torched earth. Solid stuff.
