Draft at the Brewery. Pours a nice darker brown color. Lots of dark roast and dark malt. Clean, light bitterness. Soft and easy drinking. Okay.

Draft at the Brewery. Mostly clear gold. Lots of head, drippy lace. Sweet Belgian yeast, sugary, a little booze. Slightly sticky. Solid.

Draft @ BCTC, Ommegang Brewery. August, 8, 2015. Amber in color, steady carbonation. Aroma is toasted grain, yeast and subtle ginger.
Flavor is fresh and lively. Balance is pretty damn nice. Lighter body with ginger spice giving the bitterness without it becoming overpowering. Refreshing brew.

Draft @ BCTC, Ommegang Brewery. August, 8, 2015. Dirty red, muddy brown color. Aroma is yeast, anise, caramel, chocolate, light alcohol.
Flavor is brunt molasses, English toffee, light anise that ends with moderate Belgian phenol’s. The body and texture is yeasty with a light creamy carbonation level. Nice sipper.
