Sampled from a can this cider poured a yellow-gold color with a medium sized foamy white head that faded quickly and left minimal lacing. The aroma was apple juice, a bit of mustiness and some apple peel. The flavor was semi sweet apple flesh with a bit of tartness and mustiness. Long finish. Medium body.

Rachel brought this one back from Tennessee. Sampled from a 750 ml corked bottle this cider poured a cloudy yellow color with a large foamy white head that faded quickly. The aroma was dry, bretty and musty with pepper, sweettart candies and apricot. The flavor was tart and dry with chalk, sweettart candies and apricot. No whiskey presence. Medium body. Light effervescent body.

Rachel brought this one back from a trip to TN. +++ Sampled from a 16 oz can this cider poured a bright golden color with a small foamy off white head that faded quickly and left no lacing. The aroma was phenolic, musty and had an apple juice note. The flavor was tangy tannin and phenol, apple juice, musty and a bit medicinal. Medium length finish with growing tannin. Medium body. Meh.
