Can from The Packie, Mostly clear medium golden color with a thin bubbly white head that leaves some lace. Earthy grassy citrus and pine mostly with a thin bready malt base. Decent beer.

16 oz. can. A sour double IPA with lactose sugar. What the hell is wrong with craft beer in 2018?.?.? Aroma has a slight acidic berry with mild lactic acid. Flavor does show the “ sweet and sour “ character. The mouth feel is creamy, thick and “oat” like. Sorry, I never would have bought this if I had known what it was. Not my “made up” style at all.

16 oz. can. Indeed shows a hazy appearance. Aroma is papaya, melon pulp, and bolder sweetness. Flavor has a lot of melon and odd fruit note. Also shows light alcohol which for only 7 %, it should not. Good amount in the sweet department. No bitterness.

Draft taster pour at NH Brewfest. Appearance is cloudy, light pink with no discernible sparkle, thin ring of off-white head, trace lacing. Aroma is lightly charred fruit. Taste is a strong, flavorful tart sort of overripe fruit balanced by sweet fruit. It's kind of the sweet-tart balance like grapefruit or cranberry. Palate is medium bodied with thin texture, average carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, fairly unique and hard to pin down. Sort of like jellied cranberry sauce (which I love). Very nice.

Taste is strong herbs dominating mild tropical fruit and citrus. Palate is light-to-medium bodied with smooth, thin texture, average-to-lively carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, strong flavor with some complexity.

16 oz can. purchased at Greg & Jane’s. Pitch black. Flavor has a good roasted malt backbone with chocolate and earth. Body is medium with a smooth texture. I couldn’t find peanut butter anywhere in the aroma or flavor.

16 oz can. purchased at Greg & Jane’s. Appearance is a cloudy orange color. Aroma is mild floral, light herbal, pineapple. Flavor is a reflection. Malt body adds sweetness with a moderate bitterness. Mostly balanced with light bitterness. Mild juice hints. About the average for a DIPA.

16 oz can. purchased at Greg & Jane’s. Canned 9-11-18. Appearance is typical. Aroma is very yeasty, phenolic and also has a herbal / green / mint character. Yo brewer, the 2 different yeast strains didn’t marry together so well.

If I home brewed this I would be excited. Flavor is ok. But it wasn’t easy getting past that aroma. Was expecting more.

16 oz can. purchased at Greg & Jane’s. tastes the bottle. Appearance is a bright hazy golden color. Normal carbonation level. Aroma is mild grain, citrus, green leaf hints. The name fits this beer because it is very simple. Lighter body crisp texture with a mild citrus finish. Made well, but basic.
