8th July 2016: on tap at Black Lab, Barcelona with the RBESG guys. Poured with a light haze and was pale gold in colour with white head. Flowery brew reminded me aroma wise of a flower shop with a wet floor. Strange brew really, glad it was shared and I didn’t have to drink it all. Just a blooming mess! Scored kindly.

Tap at Black Lab. Almost clear pale golden with white head. Massive flowers, potpourri, pepper, light caramel, fresh herbs. Light sweet and bitter. Under medium bodied. Way too herbal...

From tap. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is crisp hoppy and fruity. Smooth, crisp hoppy, peachy and citrusy. Smooth fruity finish.

Blond colour with light haze. Lots of banana sweetness in the aroma. Generally sweet with a touch of dryness in the finish giving some balance.

L’intensità olfattiva è molto elevata, ricca ed elegante. La persistenza olfattiva è pregevole. Il cappello di schiuma a bollicine fini si produce in merletti sul vetro. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è strutturato non pesante. L’amaro è deciso. L’intensità gustativa è molto elevata. La persistenza gustativa è lunga. Le sensazioni boccali finali sono di amaro eppure di birra beverina.

L’intensità olfattiva è elevata e la persistenza olfattiva è discreta. Il cappello di schiuma a bollicine fini rimane testimoniata dal pizzo finale. La consistenza del liquido è nebbiosa. Il colore è ambrato carico tendente rossiccio. Il corpo è strutturato ma duttile. L’amaro è carico. L’intensità gustativa è molto elevata. La persistenza gustativa è lunga. Le sensazioni boccali finali sono di "ottima birra". La percezione finale è di amarognolo, lunga e pulita.

L’intensità olfattiva è normale, quasi elevata. La persistenza olfattiva è discreta. La consistenza del liquido è nebbiosa. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è strutturato. Grande è l’equilibrio tra il dolce medio e l’amaro medio. L’intensità gustativa è elevata e la persistenza gustativa è buona. Il gusto è godereccio. Il finale è secco e pulito. I sentori in bocca sono di frutta secca, macedonia, con un leggerissimo tocco di amaro.

Keg at EoE. It pours cloudy mid gold with a thick white head. The nose is fresh lemony, custard, earth, bread and toasted grass. The taste is bitter, slightly watery, bready malts, toasty, grass, light herbal, spice and some soap with a dry, peppery finish. Light body and moderate+ foamy carbonation. Quite watery and a bit too soapy in my opinion. Not sold on this one...
