Pours black and dense as a countryside moonless night, with almost no head. Intense aromas of espresso, black chocolate, bitter herbs. Taste balances sweet’n’sour with great bitterness (100 IBU) to create a difficult equilibrium. Smooth and thick, matches coffee and chocolate tart greatly.

hazy amber color, nice frothy head. Spicy oaky nose with apples and vanilla. Huge oaky mouth with tons of oranges and apples. Very full bodied, malty. The oaky dominates a lot, but still decent. The finish is very malty with oak and vanilla, not a lot of bitterness

Bottle sample at a tasting at Dancing Camel Florentin. Thanks Stas & Vova. Black with a tiny bit of brown foam. Aroma of roast, dark chocolate,m some sourish fruits and a light alcoholic note. Bittersweetish flavor, roasty, with light sourness underneath, dark chocolate, a bit of coffee, a fruity note and a bit of alcohol. Finishes drier and burnt. Quite full-bodied. Decent.
