Description
For Teo Musso, beer is passion, an intense love for taste and certainly a form of expression. Through his recipes, he has communicated special moments in his life, sides of his being and his constant search for the perfect sensory balance.
In 1986 Le Baladin pub opens in Piozzo (Cuneo). Ten years after Le Baladin becomes a brewpub where beer is produced and directly sold. Blonde and Ambrée (both in filtered and non filtered versions) are the first draught beers produced by Baladin.

Bottle. Pours orangeish with a thin head. Your classic widely available oldschool hoppy beer. It’s citric, somewhat grassy, obviously oxidized a bit with a honey sweetness and massive malt body. Medium to full bodied with soft to average carbonation.

Bottle shared at home, courtesy of Jorge, 2017 vintage. It’s a bautiful harmony of oak and tannins, chocolate, dried fruits, biscuits, bread, esters and booze. Smooth, silky, layered, complex. Outstanding.

Hazy pale yellow colour, moderate sized dense white head; aroma of lemony-lemon zesty, coriander, slight orange peel and wheaty notes; taste has the same notes as can be felt in the aroma; really good one

I didnt get this beer. It was just a mish mash of weird flavors. It was like a glass of vegetable soup, mixed with some light honey notes. It was weird, and i didnt even fnish my sample.

Now this was odd.
Clear amber pour, zero head. Aroma of deeeeeeeep caramelized malts, light piney hops, some salt, oak, vanilla, and some vinous grapes.
Flavour starts with salt water taffy, oaky vanill, and a acidic tart vinous white wine finish. The mouthfeel is viscous, and there is zeo carbonation. The alcohol is well hidden, and ht is left is a nutty carmel aftertaste with a little salt. Easily one of the most complex beers i’e ever had, but not sure i would want it again.
