On tap at the Gaylord, MI location. Described as a Belgian Sour. Hazy orange body, thin, creamy off-white head. Modest yeast nose with funky notes and plastic. The body was tart but not strongly so, with a grainy, husky bitterness that seemed out of place. Worse still were strong phenolic characteristics of apple and plastics that marred the palate after a few sips. It was great to see all of the out-of-the-ordinary beers Big Buck had on tap, but this one missed the mark.
