Sample at Voldby Ølmesse. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are hops, caramel, elderflower and malt. Nice beer.

Bottle. Frothy off-white good mostly lasting head. Amber colour. Moderate malty and hoppy nice aroma. Some citrus notes. Powerfull moderate bitter flavor. Not well balanced but nive. Moderate bitter average finish. Oily palate. Truly a great experiment with the lokal hop-variety.

Bottle. A next to black stout topped by a finger thick tan head. Roasted aroma with some licorice. Malty sweetness leaning towards dark sugar. The flavor is sweet and roasted, with some salty licorice and a little caramel touch. Low on hoppy bitterness. Dry on the palate, and a bit thin. Roasted finish. A nice and easy drinkable stout, lacks on complexity and body, but hides the alcohol well. 100331

cloudy brown, smooth thick offwhite head. aroma is sweet malty, spicy, flowery hoppy, flavor is faint bitter caramelly, spicy hoppy with notes of stale hops, sweet malty. fulll flavor, more interesting than good though.
