Bottle shared at a tasting at kerenmk’s place. Clear golden. Sweet apples aroma with light sulphury notes. Sweet flavor, kinda sugary, with apples. Sweet and simple, but quite easy-drinking.

0.75L champagne like bottle but with a plastic cork. Intense clear straw yellow colour, very strong carbonation, mineral nose with traces of sulphur and spicy notes. Flavour of slightly overipe apples with some cinamon notes acompaning. Simple but quite fresh.

Bottled. Fizzy pale yellow. Citric apple juice aroma. Rather sweet with plenty of green apples, but characterics of yeast or alchol are absent. Very light with some freshening acidity coming through.
