Waxed 500 ml. Aroma is bourbon, wood, toffee, coconut, vanilla, nutty. Pours murky brown with a one finger beige head that collapses into a ring pretty quickly. Taste is highly sweet, lightly acidic, with a light bitter finish. Nice beer.

Lots of apricot and peach, lime. Pours murky orange with great head and lacing. Tangy finish. Pretty nice stuff. Tap at Blue Palms.

2019 Vintage. 500 ml bottle. Pours black with moderate bubbly head that settles quickly. Aromas of stale coffee, light bourbon, and roasted malts. Maybe some cream. Flavors follow with the addition of coconuts which liven things up. Hot, acidic, and unbalanced in the finish. Maybe not aging or stored well.

2019 vintage. 500 ml bottle. Pours a deep reddish mahogany with light head. Aromas of strong sweet bourbon, toffee, fruit, and bready malts. Flavors of sticky caramel, soft but strong bourbon, golden raisins. and more bready malts. Hot finish like a liqueur. Very nice.

Vintage 2020. 500 ml bottle. Pours black with moderate tan head. Aromas of chocolate nougat, sweet thick bourbon, dark caramel, oak and slick roasted malts. Flavors of follow same but bourbon is really present and significantly thinning. Definite alcohol and somewhat harsh. Maybe needs to cellar. Expensive.
