500 ml bottle shared by tfontana, thanks Tom! Aroma is chocolate, roast, earth. The base is chocolate, earthy grain, maybe ash. Body is full with a slight char note. A very nice base imperial stout.

Pours black, no real head. Smell is roasty, tad sweet, mild chocolate and a bit of booze. Taste is full, very roasty. Honey in the back.

Bottle at 6% from Bine & Vine. Pours gold with a large creamy/foamy white head that laced on the way down. Aroma of green melon, citrus/pine and light malt support. Nearly med body. Flavor is hoppy and decently bitter. Citrus and green melon flavors. Malt is very light. Good taste.

From a 355ml bottle on 16/2/2020 (shared by Butz with thanks). Pours a clear blight amber with a small head. The nose is quite fruit and malty. The flavour is of dark fruit and berries, nuts and with light vinous notes. It's reasonably hoppy with a resinous finish. Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. A very solid hoppy amber.

Nice blackish brown body and modest beige foam, strong chocolate syrup and molasses on the nose with cocoa nibs. Flavour is very big sweet chocolate syrup and molasses. Full and not too cloying despite the high ABV. Decent if decadent.

Nice brownish black body and modest beige foam, strong sharp chocolate syrup and coffee on the nose. Flavour is more oozy chocolate syrup and coffee. full mouthfeel but heavy. Not bad in small doses, though rather straightforward.

Bottle, as Smog City Coffee Porter. Very dark brown with a light tan head that fades slowly from 3/2. Aroma of coffee, caramel syrup, hazelnuts. Maybe there's some roasted behind. Medium bodied, clean. Not as sweet as expected and the beer has some presence along with the coffee. Mild roast, some earth, bitterness than just nips at the end. Good for a beer that (as they clearly say) is mainly about the coffee.

Perfectly clear golden coloured body with a faint white head, barely coating the top that stays afloat for a while, and a few bubbles rising from the sides. Aroma of soap, light biscuits, a touch of grain and some cleaner, more German hops without much alpha acids or punch - these are quite mellow throughout. Light-bodied; Strong grassy and floral flavours dominate with a big kick of the biscuity and soft grainy malty flavours and much less of the hops, but some light sweetness and citrus flavours show through at the end with a dash of pure lemon flavours. Aftertaste is dry and very grassy with the strength of the malt and light citrus notes dominating the tail end with a dash of cleanser and floral notes as well. Overall, a very easy-drinking, but full-of-flavour pils that shows some nice freh hop (albeit low alpha acid) flavours with a moderate malt and grassy backbone. Nice to sample and well recommended if you like Pilsners or lagers in general. I sampled this stubby, twelve ounce bottle, purchased from Whole Foods in Beverly Hills (Los Angeles), California on 26-December-2019 for US$2,69 sampled four days later in my hotel room here in [downtown] San Diego, California on 30-December-2019.
