hazy dark golden to orange colour, moderate sized creamy yellowish ecru head; aroma of pear, peach, some orange peel oils, marmalade and hintas of vegetables; taste is quite similar to the aroma with more intensive marmalade and definite hoppy bitterness; not that bad

Dunkelgelbe trübe Farbe, stabiler Schaum. Ein „Bière blanche“ mit Holunderblüten. Der Antrunk ist mild-weich und zugelich stark und leicht alkoholisch, aber sehr frisch. Diese frische Note hält sich mit einer ausgewogenen Herbe und dem witbiertypischen fahlen Aroma gepaart mit frisch-blumiger Fruchtigkeit, die von den Holunderblüten stammen könnte sehr lange im Mund. Dabei schön weich-mild und hefig-erfrischend. Der Nachgeschmack ist feinherb, fruchtig-frisch und leicht hefig.

Cloudy amber color with abundant head; it makes me think there has been some unwanted refermentation in the bottle. The aroma is mild, with light raspberries and some yeast. Too much carbonation; apparently, a normal Ale, but the flavor has been impacted too much by the additional bottle fermentation, that created yeast byproducts, metallic feeling, too much bitterness.

Cloudy deep blond color; huge head, sign of excessive fermentation. The aroma is refreshing, flowery, delicate. The mouthfeel, as expected, is excessively carbonated, but behind it there is a reasonably good malt flavor, light sweetness, very light elderflowers and star anise.

Bottled, thanks Bov! Hazy golden, rich airy head. Marked cranberry aroma. Mid sweet with medium body and clean rounded mouthfeel. Fresh and zesty with some cranberry jam, low bitterness. Interesting beer!

33 cL bottle. Pours cloudy orange with a huge white head. Aroma is spiced and grassy hoppy. Phenolic and crisp hoppy flavoured providing a rather dry flavour to the underlying malt base. Ends dry and crisp hoppy.

Bottled. An unclear golden beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of citrus and light notes of wheat. The flavor has notes of citrus and wheat as well as light notes of alcohol and flowers. Thanks omhper for sharing.
