(Draught at Oliver Twist, Stockholm, 11 Nov 2007) Dark amber colour, cloudy, with foamy white head. Fruity nose with notes of dark fruit, citrus, orange peel and earthy hops. Fruity taste upon a solid malt foundation, dried fruit, orange peel and lots of earthy hops in the finish. A bit sweet. Leaning in the english IPA tradition. A bit unpolished, but nice beer.

(Cask at Stockholm Beer Festival, 28 Sep 2007) Black colour with ruby notes when seen through light, brief pale brown head. Roasted nose with sweetish notes of chocolate, coffee and wild berries. Roasted taste with chocolate and coffee, fairly sweet with liquorice and a nice dash of cittrussy hops in the finish. Nice balance. Solid, tasty porter. More of this, please!

(Cask at Stockholm Beer Festival, 28 Sep 2007) Reddish amber colour with foamy off-white head. Fruity nose with dark fruit and earthy hops. Fruity taste with notes of dried fruit, wild berries and earthy hops in the finish. A bit thin body, but more bitter and hoppy than most irish red ales. Nice beer. (7/3/7/4/13=3.4) Rerate: (Bottle, 11 July 2023) Reddish amber colour with big, frothy, tan head. Malty nose with notes of rye bread, treacle-toffee, dried fruit, caramel, liquorice and chocolate. Malty taste with rye bread, chocolate, treacle-toffee, dried fruit, figs, caramel, hazelnuts and a mild spicy bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Tasty and well balanced. Quite nice.

Dark ruby color, small creamy brown head. Light roasted, a bit hoppy nose. Sweetish, roasted, a bit carbonated .. despite of being casked. Nice softly balanced, roasted aftertaste. Really interesting new brewery!

Ruby color, small off-white head. Malty, a bit caramelly nose. Easy to drink, a bit earthy, woody hoppy, especially in the aftertaste. Very clean especially for being 2 weeks old brewery.

Cask@SBWF2007. Amber colour, not much head. Aroma is fruits, slight earthyness and some mild caramel. Flavour is fruits, earth, yeast and quite much wood. Nice brew from a brewery that by the time of SBWF2007 first weekend had been open for a few weeks...

Cask at Stockholm Beer Festival 2007. A pitch black beer with a thin brown head. The aroma is sweet malty with strong notes of roasted malt, but also a light touch of coffee. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of roasted malt, giving it hints of acidity, combined with notes of hard roasted coffee beans, leading to a dry roasted finish. Nice, and a good start for a new brewery. A London Porter brewed somewhat like Fuller or Carnegie. 30 IBUs. Malts ar Black, Crystal, and Chocolate. Next to no aroma hops - only a handfull of branly Cross which should give it a whiff of black currant.
