Bottle shared at home. Clear amber with short lasting light beige head. Red apple, light sugary malts, dried fruits. Quite sweet and fruity with a soft herbal-candy like finish. Under medium sweet and light bitter. Medium bodied with slick feel and a bit fizzy carbonation.

*Old rating, best before 09 Dec 11. A bit artificial fruity. Easy to drink but perfumed-soapy. The violette is there, but the whole thing has too much non-real aroma.

(bottle, 33cl) Slightly hazy, golden colour with a medium-sized and slightly off-white foamy head. Bready malty aroma with mildly herbal and spicy hops, accompanied by a whiff of honey and subtle fruity notes of pears. Moderately sweet and delicately bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a modest carbonation. Initially honey-ish malty and mildly pear-fruity taste with a delicately herbal hops character tuning in from the middle part, getting slightly stronger towards the sweet and slightly sticky finish. 02.I.16
