33cl bottle from Terre de Boisson, Calais. Reddish colour with thick beige head. Some fruity malt aroma. Yep, it’s warming fruity and wintery in the mouth. Some warmness from the alcohol. Some mild sting on finish. Mostly kind of strawberry jam and malt in the mouth. Quite drinkable. Decent beer.

Bottle at the ChrisO Snow Tasting, London - thanks to...whoever. Pours clear, pale yellow with pretty much no head. White grape nose. Medium sweet flavor, some pukey fruits, more grapes. Light to medium bodied with fine carbonation. Lightly syrupy to finish, a bit medicinal, more white grapes and assorted berries. Not awesome.

33cl bottle from Terre de Boissons Calais. Clear blond beer with a thin white head. Some hop and golden syrup on aroma. Slightly lemony blond, some herb. Ok, standard blond, nothing too interesting, no real character.

Bottle at ChrisO Snow Tasting, thanks to Ian. It pours very pale yellow with a small bubbly white head. The nose is very sweet indeed, Parma Violets, floral and limeade. The taste is Parma Violets, PEZ, white sugar, chalky, pear, melon and limeade. Medium body and moderate carbonation. One-dimensional for sure, but not anywhere near as disgusting as it could have been.

Bottle a Chriso’s tasting 20/01/2013. Light yellow colour very clear, thin whispy white head. Aroma is very fruity and perfumey like the violet sweet things. Not much beer character, sweet soft fruit perfume, fanta. Dryish finish, but generally sweet.

33cl bottle from Terre de Boissons, Calais. Cloudy very pale gold colour with lasting thin white head. Lemony aroma. I was expecting this to be a bit pants, but actually this is better than your average Belgian wit. No real soap, some good lemon some good sting on the finish. Tasty as hell in fact. Really hits my lemony refreshing zingy aperatif style wit. Very pleasant.
